Terence Chen
Founder / Producer
Born in New York City, Terence took a circuitous path to film. After working in clinical research, he decided to embrace his creative side and pursue acting and writing full time. His parents obviously approved of this momentous decision–no wait, that didn’t happen.
Terence takes his work very seriously, but himself incredibly less so. Living in New York, Terence tries to find unique voices and perspectives through wit and a deeply ingrained sense of irreverence. He also finds it very odd to write about himself in the third person.

Kacey Montana
Founder / Producer
Since she was a child acting in a short in middle school, Kacey has always known she’d work in the film industry. She began as a production assistant on shorts and independent films, but quickly stepped into AD and script supervising roles as she learned her way around set. She’s also worked the PA role at MTV and VH1, and led COVID Compliance at Paramount as the world slowly embarked on its return to normalcy.
Each film is its own special experience because of the unique group of people who bring it to life. That’s what gives Kacey enduring inspiration to create more of these works of art, and what she loves most about film.
